These Terms of Service explain the rules for using IBC Mobile, including account access, KYC, wallet requests, VIP subscriptions, support controls, AI Market sessions, market data and acceptable platform behavior.
Last updated June 20, 2026Acceptance of terms
By registering, logging in, submitting a ticket, using the dashboard, starting an AI Market session, subscribing to VIP or submitting a wallet request, the user agrees to follow these Terms of Service and the related Privacy, Refund and Risk policies.
Platform description
IBC Mobile provides a crypto arbitrage software interface with market monitoring, candle charts, converter tools, news, free tips, VIP tips, AI Market sessions, support tickets, KYC review, wallet requests, transaction history, profile editing and support-controlled administration.
Eligibility
Users are responsible for confirming that they are legally allowed to access crypto-related software, digital asset information, wallet activity and trading tools in their location. The platform is not intended for prohibited users, restricted jurisdictions or underage users.
Account registration
Users must provide accurate registration details, including name, username, email, phone number, country, password and selected strategy. The user is responsible for keeping the account secure and for all activity submitted through the account.
Login and password security
Users should use strong passwords, protect email access, avoid sharing login credentials and notify support if unauthorized access is suspected. IBC Mobile is not responsible for activity caused by compromised credentials or unsafe user device practices.
Profile and KYC accuracy
Users must submit accurate profile and KYC details. KYC may require legal name, country, address, document type, document number, identity document upload and selfie holding ID. False or mismatched KYC information may delay review or restrict withdrawals.
Wallet request rules
Deposits and withdrawals require correct asset, network, amount, wallet address and transaction ID. Users must verify all details before submitting. Support may approve, reject or request more information before processing any wallet request.
Withdrawal access
Users may be required to complete KYC before withdrawal requests are reviewed or approved. Support may restrict withdrawal activity where account details, wallet records, KYC information or security checks require further review.
VIP subscriptions
VIP plans provide access to protected route details, VIP tips, subscription badges and AI Market features during the active plan period. Plans are paid in USDT only unless the platform operator later updates available billing methods.
Unsubscribe and plan switching
Users can unsubscribe an active VIP plan before choosing another plan. Unsubscribe removes active VIP access and allows plan switching, but it does not automatically reverse used digital access, previous plan time or completed balance deductions.
AI Market sessions
AI Market sessions display projected 24-hour plan progress, estimated gain, route activity and session status. The selected trading amount is locked while the session runs, then the trading amount plus net AI gain is credited into the user USDT balance when the timer finishes. IBC Mobile charges 15% only from the AI gain, not from the trading amount.
Market data and news
Charts, prices, order books, spreads, news headlines and exchange information may come from live feeds, cached feeds or fallback engines. Data can be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate or unavailable during provider issues, network issues or market stress.
Informational nature of tools
Free tips, VIP tips, converter values, route cards, news headlines, scanner outputs and AI projections are software outputs for user review. Users are responsible for evaluating fees, liquidity, timing, risk mode and suitability before acting.
Support and admin controls
Authorized support operators may create, edit, top up, minus, suspend, delete or otherwise manage user records, balances, tickets, KYC status, VIP settings, tips, platform wallets and wallet requests for operational and support purposes.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit false payment proof, abuse support, attempt unauthorized access, exploit bugs, manipulate records, impersonate another person, interfere with other accounts, bypass access controls or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Suspension and restriction
The operator may restrict access, pause wallet requests, cancel VIP access, reject requests or suspend an account where misuse, false information, security risk, payment dispute, KYC issue or policy violation is suspected.
Intellectual property
The IBC Mobile software interface, page structure, text, design, market cards, route presentation, support panel and related platform materials belong to the platform operator or applicable rights holders. Users may not copy or resell the software experience without permission.
Service availability
IBC Mobile may be updated, paused, maintained or changed at any time. Features, supported assets, wallet networks, subscription prices, market feeds, news sources, page layouts and support workflows may change as the software evolves.
Third-party services
The platform may interact with secure hosting providers, market feeds, news feeds, crypto exchanges, blockchain networks, wallets and other external services. Third-party failures, delays or rules are outside direct platform control.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the platform operator is not responsible for user trading decisions, external exchange results, wallet mistakes, blockchain delays, network fees, third-party outages, lost credentials, device compromise or unsupported use of the software.
Policy updates
These Terms may be updated when the software, pricing, support workflow, VIP access, wallet process, KYC process, AI Market features or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the current published terms.
